Kick off meeting
After the job is awarded, a Stonecast Project Manager is immediately assigned and remains on the project until completion. An internal kick off meeting is held with the estimator and other team members to create detailed plans for a successful project.
Customer Coordination Meeting
The project manager meets with the customer’s team to discuss the following key goals and objectives:
- Thorough scope review
- Project team and responsibilities
- Create a project schedule – working backwards from the targeted delivery date
- Setting milestone dates
- Holding all teams accountable
Ongoing Project Management
After shop drawings are approved, and samples are selected, the Project Managers hold a pre-production meeting. The intent of this meeting is to review the design, overall scope, timing, engineered connections, mold and material special requirements. All of Stonecast’s standard project planning and management procedures result in continuous communication and a thorough understanding of what is required for a successful outcome.
