1990
- Company opened!
- Supplied the industry with standard lintels, sills and smaller precast concrete profiles.
2002
- New owner purchased the company.
2003-2011
- Built high-end cast stone business, while gaining knowledge of high-end architectural finishes and mix-designs that would propel growth of the company.
- Cast stone market started to decrease.
2012
- Expanded product line with capital investment in a new panel plant, differentiating itself from many precast producers.
2013
- New management hired to run operation and oversee production.
- Production increased in new plant.
2014
- Hired additional experienced management team members to lead the new plant.
- Continued investing in new equipment, processes, training, staff and facilities.
2015
- Focused on efficiencies and quality to build scalable and profitable operations.
- Expanded sales channels within the company.
2016
- Purchased new state-of-the-art batch plant to improve labor efficiency and reduce material waste.
2018
- Company’s efforts and investment in the new plant, show significant improvement to the bottom line.
Spring 2020
- Plant addition to double production capacity.
- Team continues to expand.
Fall 2020
- Added hydronic heating system to outside finishing area to ensure quality finishing during the winter season.
2021
- Achieved PCI’s highest level of architectural certification “AA”
- Recognized for being capable of producing highest level of architectural precast products
